The world of recruitment has changed a little over recent years with online applications, selection centres and a multi-layered screening processes but the fundamentals remain in place. This programme explores how to navigate the process successfully.

Anyone who is looking for a new role or even part way through the process. The course can be shaped for those looking for their first role after university or seasoned employees looking to move onwards and upwards.
What we cover
We start with a look at CV's and if you have one ready to go we will review that ahead of the programme. We will go through it in terms of content and it's overall appeal and we will go through the detail with a fine-tooth comb to help identify any spelling and grammatical errors that could undermine your pitch for your next role. Or we can spend time constructing your CV from the ground-up if needs be. We recognise that different sectors tend to have their own style of CV and whilst we cannot be experts in all areas we can provide advice and direction that is universally applicable.There are a few types of interview such as competency based, panel or informal but within this there is an infinite variety of styles. Using our well honed principles we can show how to prepare for pretty much anything that will come your way.We will also cover topics such as employment market research and interview preparation and we go over the importance of logistics and personal presentation.
FORMAT & LENGTH
Live face to face: Minimum Session 1/2 day Typically 1 day we can do small group sessions (maximum 6 people)
Private coaching: Series of 3 x 2 hour sessions
Online: Typically 3 - 5 sessions of 90 mins
Blended approach: 1/2 day and online support sessions as needed
Webinar: Broad Introduction to the subject 90 mins and practical hints for preparation (unlimited numbers)
OUTCOME
Regardless of the stage you are at we will provide sage advice, honest feedback and some very practical hints and tips. We will also stage mock interviews and use video feedback if required.
