When it comes to cross cultural understanding a little knowledge can go a long way. Doing business internationally can often seem less straightforward but by taking time to learn a little bit about the new countries and cultures you are working in you can achieve so much more. The workplace is an iniquitous place. Women are statistically less likely to rise to senior positions within an organisation and there roles that they find themselves pushed into or away from.

The programme will bust a few myths, turn your preconceptions on their head and teach you that you are probably overthinking things and where to focus your energy for success. Regardless of how good or bad you think you are, with this programme you can become brilliant and learn to enjoy speaking with impact.

Confidence – our belief in our ability to succeed – is critical for success in our life. This session will provide some quick hacks to dial-up confidence and we will show how confidence can be developed over time, allowing us to make the most of our skills and knowledge and of the opportunities that present themselves.
